We are planning 12' x 12' vendor spaces. If you have a preferred area, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate:

Additional Vendor Information:

🛠 Wall Space Availability: There will be shared wall sections to hang items, as well as one dedicated room with wall space. You will not be stationed directly in front of these areas, but each item will be tagged with your booth information so buyers can find you.

🚚 Easy Load-In & Setup:

• Unloading will be available in front of the overhead garage door for convenient setup.

• We have a few carts and dollies available to help move items in and out.

📶 WiFi Access Available: Vendors will have access to WiFi if needed to complete transactions.

🍲 Vendor Perk! Each booth will receive a voucher for 1 bowl of booyah and a drink.

Terms & Conditions

✔ Vendors must check in and be set up by 8:00 AM on Sunday, April 27.
✔ Vendors are responsible for their own displays, pricing, and sales transactions.
✔ The $40 deposit is fully refunded after setup is completed.  Please note: Deposits are non-refundable in the event of no-shows or cancellations
✔ Vendors must remain set up until 2:00 PM—no early takedowns.
✔ Table rental fee is deducted from deposit if used, but non-refundable if you are a no-show.
✔ Neon Sign Revival and event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
