Neon signs and replacement parts are unique items. Please take the time to order, and contact us when in doubt as all sales are final.

Shipping Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item was damaged during transit. Click on the Contact Us link below.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All of our items are non-returnable and considered custom products. All sales are final. Please click on the Contact Us link below to get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. Please take the time to determine the replacement part(s) your sign needs.

Refunds
If a damage refund is approved, we will notify you via the email provided with the original order. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: your bank or credit card company may take 7-14 days to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please click on the Contact Us link below.
