ORDERING QUESTIONS

Do you offer bulk buy discounts? We do not. Each sign is unique and one-of-a-kind. Our replacement parts are individually tested upon arrival and again before shipping, ensuring receipt of working parts.

Do you take phone orders? No. Due to the nature of replacement sign parts, it is best to contact us to share details and pictures of what you are looking for.

How do I know if the part I need is in stock? An item showing "sold out" indicates inventory is currently out. Don't despair; our warehouse team updates inventory daily.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Do you sell knockoff signs and parts? We do not. We buy from reputable dealers that may be retiring or reducing their own inventory. Refer to each product detail page for additional information.

Do you offer any warranty on parts and/or signs? No; however, if your part arrives damaged due to a carrier issue, please contact us immediately.

How do I know that my part will work upon receipt? All parts and signs are thoroughly inspected and tested upon receipt at our warehouse before being placed online for purchase.

Do you buy parts and signs? Yes, contact us and provide detailed descriptions and pictures of your inventory, and we will contact you.

Your site indicates other available components, but I don't see any.  We appreciate your patience as we continue adding new inventory encompassing all the parts you may need for your neon sign.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns? No, all sales are final. If damage occurs during shipping, please contact us immediately.

What is your returns policy? Products are not eligible for return or exchange, as all sales are final. The shipping cost is non-refundable. Please refer to our returns policy.

SHIPPING

Do you offer free shipping? We do not. Shipping is charged according to the current carrier rates at the packaging time. Due to the nature of the products, we utilize a variety of shipping options to ensure safe arrival.

When will my order ship? Orders typically ship within 7 days of receipt. All items within your order are tested again before packaging. If we find an issue with parts within your order, we will contact you before shipping via the email provided at the time of order placement.

Which shipping carriers do you use? Our preferred carriers are FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL. We reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

How do I get my tracking number? Upon departure from our warehouse, the tracking number is sent to the email on file with the order.

Do you offer expedited shipping? We do not.

Where will my order ship from? All orders ship from our distribution center located south of Green Bay, WI. We do not utilize drop shipping services.

Where do you ship to? Neon Sign Revival ships to the lower United States only. We do not offer shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands.

Will you ship to a PO Box? Regretfully, we can not ship to a PO Box. A street address is required for all orders.

Given the nature of the product, I'm nervous about placing an order. Should I be? Don't be nervous. We fully understand how fragile neon products are. All orders are packaged with each part inserted into shipping foam per UPS shipping guidelines, ensuring your order reaches you safely.

My part arrived damaged. What do I do? We require all shipments to be inspected upon arrival for any issues. Retain the original packaging. If damage is found, send us pictures of the packaging and the damaged part(s), including details of the issue, via our Contact Us link.

Do you offer a pickup service? Yes, we do! Please reach out via our Contact Us to arrange a pick day and time. Parts or signs not picked up within 10 days may be charged a 20% restock fee.

Where is my order? Please track your order via the shipping confirmation sent to the email associated with your order. Be sure to check your spam folders. Contact us with any questions.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is submitted? No, we cannot change an address due to the daily volume of shipments. Please ensure accurate delivery information is provided at the time of ordering. Orders returned due to insufficient address information will be charged a 20% reprocessing fee plus additional shipping.

May I cancel my order? Yes, but only if the order has not been packaged. Please contact us immediately.

My shipment is delayed what do I do? If your order is delayed due to weather or carrier delay, we appreciate your patience, as this is out of our control. If your order status is "lost in transit," please contact us immediately.

Do you drop-ship merchandise? No, Neon Sign Revival ships from our distribution center south of Green Bay, WI. We stock over 5,000 new and preowned neon sign tubes, units, parts, frames, and hundreds of lighted beer and other neon signs.

What if I refuse my shipment upon delivery? All sales are final. If your shipment is returned to us for any reason and the parts arrived damaged, the order will not be refunded. We will contact you with further information if the parts are in original, saleable condition. A 20% restock fee may apply. Shipping is non-refundable.
