This $50 deposit secures your special request custom order part and initiates the production process. If you’ve been directed to make this deposit, it means we've confirmed that your part can be made as discussed.

Please note:
Custom part orders may take 60–90 days, and in some rare cases, slightly longer depending on availability, complexity, or production schedules.

Once your deposit is received, you will be sent a revised invoice outlining the final balance due. The remaining amount is not due until your part is ready for pickup or shipping.

This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your final purchase price.

Delivery & Pickup Options:
Once your part is ready, we will coordinate pickup at Neon Sign Revival or offer shipping options. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be included in your updated invoice.

Discounts:
If you qualify for any discounts, they will be applied in the final invoice.
